-GUI interface, compatible with MS Office
-ease of use/training available
-cross sale/upsale capabilities
-customer interaction across all channels consistent
-document management capability to provide document templates
-customer preferences based on previous sales

also we are looking for after sales support and an expandable module (little interruptions with updates, we want updates)
