-GUI interface, compatible with MS Office<br />
-ease of use/training available<br />
-cross sale/upsale capabilities<br />
-customer interaction across all channels consistent<br />
-document management capability to provide document templates<br />
-customer preferences based on previous sales</p>
<p>also we are looking for after sales support and an expandable module (little interruptions with updates, we want updates)</p>
