		<description>Typically for Enterprise software, I doubt there is anything that you can download and use for free.

You wouldn&#039;t want to run your enterprise business on free software that have no support and no patches and upgrades.  Companies wouldn&#039;t do that anyways for free.  Linux is probably one exception but that&#039;s just an OS and as far as I know, companies turned Linux into their own &#039;supported&#039; version so you still have to pay in the end.

You can look at the Oracle website and download either their CRM software or you can look at their PeopleSoft or Seibel offering in the CRM area.  They are all free to download and try but like I said, implementing and supporting an enterprise application is no easy task.  You have millions or billions of dollars riding on your application, why would you want to run it on free software.</description>
