I want to design an open source software package that will be an all-inclusive job search tool. It would store employment information in a database to pull for resumes and applications. It would act like a CRM, except geared toward a job search. How should I refer to this software? Job search software? I want to have clear phrases that will best enable communication about the project.

Application will include:
* Database for previous employer info, job duties
* Tool to make resume template for easy insertion from database
* Job prospect storing tool (interactively download job postings like Quicken downloads bank transactions)
* and much more…..

what is the best small business, hosted crm solution. why? needs to integrate with quickbooks.?

looking for something that is simple to get started, easily integrates with quickbooks and outlook, provides lots of features such as tracking customer service incidents and email marketing campaigns, offers simple upload and download features via csv, is fairly customizable, and not expensive… less than a month per user ideally. maybe 5 users max initially.

Recommend a non-internet based CRM software that is not Goldmine or ACT.?

My company wants to be able to purchase software that we can load on our network, so we do not have to pay a monthly fee for each user. A competitor to Goldmine/ACT. All I need to do is download a "comma-delimited" file of the customer leads, call on them & set appointments. Then it needs to have a calendar function to schedule appointments for the sales team.

Looking for a freeware/shareware or inexpensive CRM software download ?

I have started my own K9 Services business, basically pooper scooping, dog walking, and obedience training. I am looking for a good freeware/shareware download or a cheap pay to download for a CRM (customer relationship management) program to basically manage my customers any vendors, generate invoices, track a bit of inventory (leashes, collars, treats, etc.) I have been in the service business a while and worked with a couple of different CRM platforms (Tigerpaw, Coastal). I don’t need anything that big and the more customizeable the better. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be oh so grateful. THANX!!
